Description
This is a bare-board version of the assembled ESawdust Falcom FSA03 Breakout Board.
For builders who enjoy making their own boards or already have many of the parts needed, this bare-board makes using the FSA03 GPS easy because it comes with the GPS body cutout, surface mount pads, and breakout pins.
The Falcom FSA03 is an inexpensive, well performing GPS with a u-blox 5 chipset and Sarantel helical antenna.
All other parts sold separately including a parts kit to populate this board
Like all ESawdust created boards, we believe in mounting holes. You can't get this off your bench and into the field unless you can bolt it onto or into something. 4-40 mounting holes are standard on all our original designs.
Surface mount soldering is required to assemble this board. Please buy our assembled version if you're not comfortable with surface mount soldering.
