4-40 thread, pan head phillips, 3/16" length
Stop cutting screws. If you need to fasten a 1/4" female/female standoff, you don't want the screws meeting in the middle because they are too long. 3/16" is a great size to use with 1/4" female/female standoffs.
The 4-40 thread insures this screw will fit all our standoffs.
Try finding this size at this price at your local Radio Shack or home improvement store - you can't!
